The most wonderful time of year! And if you’re a mama or a mama to be, you know how much sweeter and merrier the holidays are with children, especially when it’s your little one’s first Christmas. As you already know, we welcomed Santino Juan Puente on Oct 3rd and it’s been quite an adjustment but we’re so in love this little man of ours. His presence already made Halloween and Thanksgiving ten times as special. I can’t wait to make this Christmas just as memorable as Lia’s first! With Christmas just around the corner, I thought I’d share what I picked out to fill Santino’s first stocking and which baby toys we went with to put under the tree.

Shopping for Christmas, this year, has been quite a challenge given how busy Santino has kept me. So online shopping has been my go to. Remember when I previously shared how much of a lifesaver Walmart was in preparing for him? Well, it’s been no different now that he’s officially here. I’ve made sure to take advantage of their free shipping (on orders $35+) and everyday low prices to shop for Santino’s stocking stuffers, gift sets and baby toys.

The great thing about shopping for him this Christmas (or any newborn for that matter) was there was no need to get fancy. I focused on items he’s going to need in his next stage of life and development which were teething toys and rattles. Pretty soon, I’m going to have a teething baby boy who’s going to be grabbing on to anything and everything, so naturally those items seemed perfect for stocking stuffers!

Most of his stocking stuffers consist of Bright Starts and Nuby teething toys and rattles, which I easily picked up in-store:

For his gifts, I picked out developmental toys and engaging toys to keep playtime fun but most importantly to help him achieve his milestones and develop his growing brain. Thankfully, Walmart was a one stop shop for all of my needs. Or rather his needs! Their online store gave me access to not only the same toys I could find in store but also premium, high quality and exclusive brands! This helped me avoid having to shop from 5 different sites, as well as made it easy to find neutral toys to match his nursery.

Here’s a little peek of a few toys that have already arrived and are ready for wrapping:

My favorite of these 3 gifts would have to be this adorable elephant who sings and plays peek-a-boo with his ears! If you ask me, every infant should have this adorable plush toy! You can purchase yours here.

Neutral Toys & Gift Sets:

Toys that haven’t yet arrived are his tummy time mat, activity jumper, cube activity center and the adorable elephant lovie.

Regardless of your child’s age, Walmart makes it so easy to shop by category and age so you can find the perfect gift for your little one!

Thank you so much for joining me here and allowing me to share with you Santino’s 1st stocking stuffers and gifts, sponsored by Walmart! I love joining forces with the amazing brands I shop daily, to make your shopping experiences just as effortless and enjoyable as mine!

XOXO,

Jennifer Puente
