I MUST CONFESS…, I’ll never pass up the opportunity to get my “Jen-a-tay” on for date night. That’s what I live for! It’s what I look forward to when I am folding laundry, washing dishes, disciplining my ever so opposing 6 year old, and just dealing with real life. Getting dressed up for my husband is one of my guiltiest pleasures, mostly because he loves it when I dress up.
This particular date night called for – LEGS, LEOPARD, EXPOSED SHOULDER with a splash of RED SASS.
This ‘Nasty Gal Rock City Romper’, which is on sale right now for only $23.40, is quite the sassy but classy, little number. Especially with the weather in Boise these days. It’s fall but still feels like summer, making it a great choice. This romper features an asymmetrical overlay with a single sleeve for that teasing peek-a-boo effect, making my legs the center of attention. I loved the fit of the romper and the way it covered me up.
Although the romper was enough to carry the whole look, it’s the faux fur RED pumps that stole the show. These Nasty Gal – “Knock’em Dead Pumps” added the perfect amount of sass to my date night look. Thus, creating the perfect Date Night Sassy ensemble.
For the final touch I added my leopard Express clutch, because let’s face it, red and leopard go together like PB&J. I considered it the cherry on top.
