How many of you own a pair of gold sandals or heels? If you answered yes, then you already understand the appeal. If you answered no, the goal is to convince you to invest in a pair, that best suits you (of course), for the upcoming spring, summer, or your next vacation.

Review any of my past vacation or summer outfit posts and you’ll quickly see how essential gold heels or sandals are to my wardrobe, especially when traveling. I consider gold heels or sandals to be like jewelry, but for your feet. Just like good statement jewelry can elevate a simple outfit, so can a pair of gold heels/sandals.

I’ll even go as far to say they’re the “it shoe” to pack for any vacation or special event, particularly if you’re limited on luggage space. No need to pack black heels/sandals for your black outfits, white heels/sandals for your neutral outfits or color match your outfit! A simple gold heel or sandal will do! Why? Because they instantly elevate and compliment any color dress or outfit you pack.

I’ve used heel and sandal interchangeably, however, one isn’t better than the other and you don’t need both! Go with whatever style you prefer or feel comfortable wearing. The goal is to use this pair the entire summer, aka a low cost per wear! I will admit, I have both. A low, casual, gold sandal that is comfortable for everyday wear. I also have a sexy, minimal, gold heel suitable for elevated occasions. However, if you’re a “heels only type of gal’ (like muah), consider going with a 2-3 in gold heel that will serve both needs.

Hopefully by now, you’re convinced and only need suggestions! If so, here are a few options, that have recently caught my attention. Remember go with a pair that speaks to you and your lifestyle. The heel will do the rest of the work! *insert wink*
