The Sephora sale is here! Time to restock on all of my Sephora favorites and treat myself to a mixture of recommended, new and trending items. As I mentioned last week, I oddly don’t have too many items I’m excited about or looking to purchase, which is honestly a good thing. I do, however, have a small list of items I feel good about recommending to you!
Now, if you’re looking for a 10-15 step makeup routine product recommendation – I’m not your girl. However, I will share the products I swear by, actually finish and repurchase every year.
My Sephora recommendations:
- Brow Freeze – I haven’t had my brows laminated in quite sometime but this brow wax works wonders, on my coarse and stubborn eyebrow hairs! I keep a regular size at home and a travel size in my travel bag!
- It Cosmetic’s SPF foundation is incredible. This is my every day foundation. Not to mention it’s 50+ SPF and gives the most beautiful finish.
- The Dior Foundation Stick – this was recommended by Yhasmine and I haven’t looked back since, it applies so beautifully and the match is 100/10. I wear this for special occasions or when I want my makeup to look flawless. It also travels nicely. I wear shade 3N.
- Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Deodorant – even though I try not to wear deodorants with aluminum, I have to during the peak of summer. And this is my favorite one. I know, I know, I’m a bougie bitch but if you get a chance to try this you will know why I love it. It smells divine.
- Make Up For Ever 600 Anywhere Caffeine liner is one of my top 3 favorite liners.
- The Shiseido Eyelash Curler – I’ve been curling my lashes since I was 13 years old and this curler is hands down the best! Pricey but worth every penny.
“New to me” products I’m purchasing this year:
Your Recommendations & Wishlists:
Also, I asked you all last week if there were items you were excited about or if you could only restock 3 items what would they be, and here’s what you shared:
- Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Waterproof Setting Spray – I have this but I don’t use it enough to comment on it!
- Make Up For Ever Pencils – I personally love them but I have too many liners to I’m going to pass this year. However, 600 Anywhere Caffeine is one of my top 3 favorite liners and definitely a great choice.
- Rare Beauty Blush – Okay I’m intrigued. The last time I purchased a Rare beauty blush was when she only had the cream version in a tube! I just saw she has two powder options. They look stunning!
- Patrick Ta’s Foundation – Patrick has some of the most iconic and popular makeup items to date. You all know, I’m not a make up expert. However, I did see Yhasmina talking about how sticky it was and how she didn’t like it. Hopefully you love and enjoy it!
- YSL Blushes – Oh my goodness, why haven’t I come across these?!?! The packaging is so stunning and I’m sure they apply beautifully as well. I might need to add the shade peachy nude to my cart!
- Kosas Concealer – even though I haven’t tried it, it’s a product that keeps coming up even years after it went viral!
- Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream with TFC8® Face Moisturizer – I tired this moisturizer a couple of years ago and unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. It was too thick for my liking and skin so I never repurchased again.
- Clarin Serum – Girl, I’m not sure which one you’re after because when I searched a new world of serums appeared before my eyes! I must try one of these. They’re all speaking to me so I think I’m going to try their De-stress & Glow kit since it has a little bit of everything. They even have this one with the larger serum!
- Summer Fridays Lip Butter -No brainer!
- Anastasia Contour Stick – Okay these look stunning! If I hasn’t purchased LYS Beauty’s contour stick (shade Harmony) last sale I would definitely be looking at this one!
- Anastasia Brow Gel – 10/10 I recommend!
- Haus Labs Concealer Brush – That’s a beautiful concealer brush! I’ve heard so many good things about Haus labs, it would make since their brushes would be amazing as well. I’m definitely going to keep this brush in mind when it’s time to switch out my current one.
- Rare Beauty Liquid Blush – okay this is the one I mentioned earlier, too be honesty I can’t weigh in on this product. I purchased it when it first came out. Meaning it was the first of its kind and honestly didn’t know how to apply it. And ended up being so intimidated by it that I never touched it again. However, now that it’s been around for years, I keep seeing it as a leading creme blush.
Alright babes! Thank you for sharing your product recommendations and wishlist items! I hope you enjoyed this post and happy shopping!
Con amor,
