The woman, wife, mother and fashion lover behind Stiletto Confessions. Welcome, to my little corner of the internet and to what I call my midlife reemergence and comeback. Not just to SC but to myself.
When I first launched SC, I was 31 years young. Its purpose was to share outfits and provide me a sense of escapism. That's it. Looking back now, it truly lacked intention and connection. Over the years, and through Instagram, SC evolved into so much more. It became a place of not only escapism but expression, therapy and community. So when I say, I've always needed you more than you've needed me, I truly mean it.

I have a greater sense of who I am and how I want to show up and impact others' lives. The last 9 yrs have afforded me with many transformative trials, both good and bad life lessons and moments of self investment. Not saying I have it all figured out because I most certainly do not. However, I feel compelled to show up, like the big sister I am IRL, and pass on the important details.
In addition, lately, I've been on a path of self-discovery. As women, it's normal to wake up one day & not recognize the woman looking back in the mirror. Let me tell you, it's a hard realization. Slowly & intentionally, I've been exploring & asking what it is I want & desire, as a now 40 yr old woman, in order to heal, nurture & get back on path to becoming the woman I was always meant to become.

Cue in the new and improved SC & Arrived Design (coming soon) - a huge representation of the efforts I've put in. I'm beyond excited to share this version of myself. Most importantly, to show up with the purpose & intention I lacked the first go around. Whether you've been with me from the beginning or you're a new here - THANK YOU for stopping by. I am truly honored.
This time around, nothing's off limits...we'll be talking about motherhood & womanhood, life hacks & personal advancement, health & wellness, OF COURSE fashion & style & everything in between.
