Who says you can’t brighten up BLACK? One of my New Year’s Resolutions – to incorporate more color into my black/nude/neutral wardrobe. And by the looks of it I think I did an excellent job of adding POPS of color, even though 90% of this look is NOIR (fancy for black). Baby steps people, baby steps!
By now, I am sure you’ve picked up on the notion that I like to push the limits, show some skin, rebel against the norm, etc., which is why I love this bralette, culottes, cape blazer and POPS of color combo. It’s looks like this that make me feel so ALIVE, but at the same time make me stick out like a sore thumb here in Idaho.! Big city girl in a little city problems.nI’m not going to lie, I love/hate that type attention. But hey, what’s a girl to do but stand out this Spring +Summer in my bralette and pops of color staples!
The next couple of months show off your wild side with attention grabbing bralettes. Sure, you’ll feel like you’re wearing a bra (cause you are) but it also won’t. So flirty and versatile, the possibilities and looks are endless. Styled with any high wasted skirts, jeans, shorts, slacks, or culottes and a sleek blazer, over sized T, thin trench jacket or jean jacket and you can consider yourself a gussy sweet thang.
Shifting to POPS of COLOR – BRIGHTEN IT UP HONEY! Adding unexpected pops to your wardrobe is both a daring and refreshing move, especially in this world of nude and black on black looks. So go ahead and be bold honey.
